The TAMID Investment Fund at the University of Miami enables members to conduct due diligence on the macroeconomic landscape shaping financial markets. 

 

Fund analysts complete a Fall semester of Education in which they learn the principles of Investing and Economics, in order to successfully conduct stock pitches and company valuations in their Spring semester. The top pitches from each chapter are later submitted to TAMID National Stock Pitch Competition. 

 

In addition to Education and Pitching, throughout both semesters, members are divided into Equity groups, in which Industry Leaders conduct weekly discussions on current events affecting their sector’s performance. Ultimately, TAMID offers students the edge they need to break into the hyper-competitive financial services industry.
